Welcome To The Shell
The Shell and Little Sports Torts are here to provide your child with a great first experience with sports and large motor skill development. The Shell is our new Indoor Play Space in Cedar Rapids. We are only open during the daytime with a reservation, at this time.
About Us
Age Appropriate Philosophy
We all want our children to be active. Being successful with sports and our large motor skills can be a major part of that! Our goal has always been to have a positive impact on the lives of children. Through our philosophy of using age-appropriate equipment, instruction and drills, we believe that every child can have a successful first experience. We started this dream in 2013 and have loved every minute of building it to where we are now.
We want to help you get started on the right foot by providing tools to help make your child's experience a successful one, too! Here is what we offer:
- Sports Books - Learn how to play sports through our Learn to Play books. We currently offer a basketball and soccer book. Perfect books for preschoolers and easy to read books for kindergarteners and 1st graders.
- Sports Attire - Dress like a Little Sports Tort
- Sports Equipment - Equipment for early elementary and Little Equipment perfect for your preschoolers little hands and feet.
