Construction on Tower Terrace Road
For the next several months there will be construction on Tower Terrace Road. There is only one way to get to The Shell. From the south, you can reach Miller Road from Boyson Rd or Blairsferry. Head North on Miller Road until you reach the Tower Terrace and Miller Road intersection. There is an access road built to drive into the parking lot.
You will not be able to enter from Center Point Road, Edgewood, or Tower Terrace until October.
